About Us

Flat Roof Restoration (FRR) restores commercial roofs based on data. We consider ourselves roof restoration consultants — and with data, we can tell building owners whether their roof meets the criteria for restoration or not. When restoration is the right answer, we self-perform the work. Based in Dallas, Texas, and operating since 2013, FRR has evaluated and restored more than 1.5 million square feet of low-slope commercial roofing across warehouses, schools, retail centers, office buildings, and government facilities. We install an engineered fluid-applied system certified to Class A Fire, FM Global Class 1, CRRC Cool Roof, and California Title 24 standards.
